Carrots grow slowly
Thin out babies
And eat them
Look for thick stems

My carrot harvests are about a handful at a time and if we didn't eat them right away they would get dry! Ew!

So I've decided that I'll wash, slice and freeze them the same day they are harvested nd we can enjoy them within the month.

I use a straw to remove the air from the bag - so easy!

But if possible harvest, wash, slice and eat the same day you pull them!
